PHOENIX — Target is set to open this fall at Vineyard Towne Center in Queen Creek, which is now fully leased, retail owner and manager Vestar announced Thursday.

The shopping center, located near Gantzel and Combs roads, achieved full capacity with the addition of Pet Supplies Plus.

“Vineyard Towne Center continues to cement itself as a cornerstone of the Queen Creek community, offering a mix of national brands and local favorites that reflect the energy and ongoing growth of this area,” Vice President of Leasing at Vestar Taylor Alvery said in a press release.

“With each new opening, we’re giving locals and visitors even more reasons to shop, dine and enjoy everything this center has to offer.”

The Target will be 145,000 square feet and is expected to open in October.

Other retailers that are set to open this fall at the shopping center include Verizon, Mattress Firm, My Doc Now and Pet Supplies Plus.

The most recent openings at Vineyard Towne Center have been food establishments, such as Five Guys, Better Buzz Coffee and Thai Chili 2Go. These restaurants joined McDonald’s, Over Easy, Café Rio and Cinnaholic.

Besides the eateries, visitors to the shopping center can visit places like Mountain America Credit Union, Sprouts, Nekter Juice Bar, Mr. Pickle’s Sandwich Shop and Wingstop.

There are other dining options set to open at shopping center late this summer, including Zaxbys and Ono Hawaiian BBQ.

Vestar also owns and operates Queen Creek Marketplace and manages Queen Creek Crossing.
