Aaron Phypers is denying he ever physically or emotionally abused estranged wife Denise Richards after she made bombshell abuse allegations against him while filing for a restraining order.

Phypers addressed the “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” alum’s shocking allegations, which she described in court documents filed Wednesday. Richards alleged that her estranged husband frequently choked her, slapped her in her face and head, and once threatened to kill her, amid other violent altercations.

“I want to address recent rumors and speculation that have surfaced regarding my relationship with my wife, Denise Richards,” Phypers said in a statement to People. “Let me be unequivocally clear: I have never physically or emotionally abused Denise — or anyone. These accusations are completely false and deeply hurtful.”

“Throughout our relationship, Aaron would frequently violently choke me, violently squeeze my head with both hands, tightly squeeze my arms, violently slap me in my face and head, aggressively slam my head into the bathroom towel rack,” Richards alleged in court documents obtained by Page Six. “Denise and I, like many couples, have faced our share of challenges, but any suggestion of abuse is categorically untrue,” the statement continued. “I have always tried to approach our marriage with love, patience, and respect.”

Phypers asked for privacy amid his and Richards’ split after six years of marriage.

“I hope that the public and media will refrain from spreading harmful and baseless claims,” the statement concluded.

Page Six could not immediately reach Phypers for comment. Richards’ rep did not immediately respond to our request for comment.

Richards, 54, was granted a temporary restraining order against Phypers, 52, Wednesday.

“Throughout our relationship, Aaron would frequently violently choke me, violently squeeze my head with both hands, tightly squeeze my arms, violently slap me in my face and head, aggressively slam my head into the bathroom towel rack,” Richards alleged in the docs obtained by Page Six.

More allegations included him threatening to kill her and himself if she ever reported him to the cops.

She also shared photos of her bruised face, which she alleged came from Phypers.

Phypers filed for divorce from Richards earlier this month, citing July 4 as their date of separation and “irreconcilable differences” as the reason for their split.

The “Drop Dead Gorgeous” star described the alleged fight that occurred on July 4 that led to their split in the court documents.

Richards claimed Phypers became “enraged” after she told him that he and his family had to move out of their marital home.

“Over the course of nearly two hours, Aaron repeatedly got within two inches of my face and screamed at me degrading profanities including calling me a ‘c–t whore’ and a ‘piece of s–t’ and screaming at me, “nobody likes you,’” she alleged.

“Aaron repeatedly grabbed my left arm tightly in an aggressive manner. I told Aaron repeatedly that he needed to stay away from me and that he was going to hurt me.”
