There were two co-sanctioned events between the DP World Tour and the PGA Tour this week: the Genesis Scottish Open and the ISCO Championship.

The Scottish Open wrapped earlier today as Chris Gotterup claimed his second victory of his career. He defeated the likes of World No. 2 Rory McIlroy by two strokes as he fired off a 4-under 66 on Sunday to secure a nice paycheck.

Gotterup opened his day with a bogey, but quickly got his nerves under control. The 25-year-old rattled off six birdies to get the job done. He also won last year’s Myrtle Beach Classic.

With this win, Gotterup earned $1,575,000 and 500 FedEx Cup points. It is a life-changing victory, as it has earned him a spot in next week’s Open Championship at Royal Portrush in Northern Ireland.

The reigning Masters champion looked like he would challenge Gotterup, but after he made his third birdie of the day on the 8th, his putter went ice cold. After his bogey on the par-5 3rd, McIlroy did not drop another shot, but he could never pull even again after starting the day tied atop the leaderboard.

McIlroy settled for a 2-under 68 to put him at 13-under overall. He finished tied for second with England’s Marco Penge. They both won $788,175.

Nicolai Højgaard and Matt Fitzpatrick tied for fourth place and earned a prize of $407,250 each. Justin Rose found his form this week, claiming a solo sixth to win $322,200 and gain some momentum ahead of The Open.

Last year, he finished runner-up to Xander Schauffele and is looking to capture another major championship to add to his illustrious career.

How much did the rest of the players win at the 2025 Genesis Scottish Open? Let’s break down the field’s winnings.
