A single parking spot sold for nearly $250,000 this week in Brooklyn.

Parking spot No. 617 — measuring 6 feet, 6 inches wide and 17 feet long — is located within the garage at the condo complex at 841 Union St. — and comes complete with valet pick-up and drop off.

“The number is right there,” realtor Alyssa Morris told The Post Wednesday, moments after the cash offer was accepted.

“You are buying a lifestyle convenience,” Morris explained.

“I’ve mostly sold co-ops and townhouses, and I’ve sold units where the parking [required] a separate deed, but this is the first parking space I’ve listed,” said Morris, who works for Compass Realty and refused to disclose the final selling price or the new owner’s name

The parking spot in the building, where a one-bedroom pad can fetch as much as $2 million, was snapped up 14 days after it was first listed.

“Increase the value of your home, and end your parking woes forever!” read the listing. “Valet pick-up, drop-off service, and hand car washing available. No alternate side rules or parking tickets — just peace of mind.”

Back in 2012, a single parking space in a building’s parking garage sold for $1 million. However, the spot was only made available to buyers who also owned a town house or penthouse in the building.

The spot sold this week was available to whoever could afford it — even if you didn’t live in the building.

Morris received one other offer for the spot before it was sold.

The new owner will also be expected to pay a $54 monthly real estate tax as well as $400 in monthly common fees.
