Kim Zolciak breaks down every plastic surgery procedure she’s had done

Kim Zolciak is peeling back the curtain on her plastic surgery.

The “Real Housewives of Atlanta” alum broke down every time she has gone under the knife — or the needle — on “Botched Presents: Plastic Surgery Rewind.”

She broke down her procedures in a confessional Wednesday, telling viewers, “I’ve done my boobs a few times and then I had a tummy tuck. I did have filler in my lips. I do Botox all the time.”

The former Bravolebrity, 47, also listed a neck surgery for a herniated disc and a non-surgical skin-tightening treatment Ultherapy for her jaw.

The reality star, notably, did not mention the “laser vaginal rejuvenation” surgery she made headlines for in 2023, nor the filler in her ears for supporting heavy diamond earrings.

Zolciak, who has been roasted for getting work done amid her financial woes, stood behind her choices.

“I sacrificed my body for six incredible humans, so I did a mommy makeover,” Zolciak said Wednesday. “Just because you’re a mom doesn’t mean you need to let yourself go.”

“My mom always said growing up, if I had really big ears or a really big nose that bothered me or whatever it may have been, she would have fixed it,” she added. “I’ve always kind of said the same thing to my girls.”

Zolciak — who is the mom of Brielle, 27, Ariana, 23, Kroy Jr., 13, Kash, 12, and twins Kaia and Kane, 11 — appeared on the E! show due to contouring that was “supposed to go under the skin and tighten it up [but] … did the opposite.”

She noted that her loose skin stemmed from “going through a divorce” from Kroy Biermann and losing 10 pounds as a “small-framed person.”

Zolciak’s eldest child appeared on Wednesday’s episode and detailed “going with her [mom] to her doctors’ appointments” as a kid.

“My mom was always going to get Botox and lip filler,” Brielle said. “Watching my mom go through this kinda just made it seem normal. … Filler became, like, going and getting a Diet Coke.”
