Sean “Diddy” Combs celebrated victory when he was acquitted of the most serious criminal charges against him this week, but his days in court are far from over.

The rap mogul, now as famous for his freak-off sex parties as he once was for his freakishly catchy rhymes, still faces at least 66 civil lawsuits.

He also remains in jail in Brooklyn on judge’s orders while awaiting sentencing on two federal prosecution charges, which legal experts think will net him a sentence of between two and five years.

The total amount sought by people who claim to have been threatened and assaulted by the mogul is over $55 million in the mountain of lawsuits.

An attorney who has worked with embattled rapper told The Post, “No matter what happens with the criminal charges, he still has to fight the civil charges. Those do not go away.”

Combs’ legal team have blanket denied all the charges against him in every lawsuit and are actively fighting many of the cases currently.

When contacted by The Post they reiterated a previous statement: “These are just more examples of false claims being filed against Mr. Combs.

“No matter how many lawsuits are filed, it won’t change the fact that Mr. Combs has never sexually assaulted, or sex trafficked anyone—man or woman, adult or minor. Mr. Combs remains confident he will prevail in court.”

The allegations in civil suits stretch from the early 1990s to 2023. Here are some of Diddy’s most prominent accusers.

Liza Gardner

Liza Gardner alleges that in 1990, when she was attending an event for a “chart-topping recording group signed to MCA Records,” she met Combs and R&B crooner Aaron Hall.

In her amended lawsuit, she said she was 16 at the time.

According to her lawsuit, she recalls Diddy was “handsy” with her and her friend. The suit alleges that the females were invited back to Halls’ apartment where, the suit claims, “Liza Gardner was offered more drinks and was coerced into having sex with Combs.

“After Combs finished doing his business,” the suit claims, “Hall barged into the room, pinned her down, and forced Liza Gardner to have sex with him.”

Gardner is suing Combs, Hall and others for allegations that include battery, assault/sexual assault and negligent infliction of emotional distress.

The suit was filed in 2023. Her attorney Tyrone Blackburn told The Post, “The Gardner case is moving forward. We have oral arguments [coming up].”

Combs’ lawyers, in a statement, have called the claims “bogus” and the lawsuit a “money-grab.”  Defendants have filed motions to dismiss. Hall did not respond to a call for comment.

Travel and admission to the party was the prize.

As was reported in Page Six, Grayson alleges in her suit she was drugged and sexually assaulted at the party. In the complaint, filed in December 2024, Grayson claims that “after less than two premade drinks, provided by waitresses … she began to feel sick.”

In the complaint, she claims to have awakened in St. Vincent’s Medical Center “with no recollection of how she ended up at the hospital.” It goes on to claim that “her shirt was ripped, her underwear was missing, she wasn’t wearing any shoes and the money she had traveled with was stolen.”

The complaint alleges that Grayson received an anonymous call “telling her that any attempts to pursue anything about [her] assault would be futile because Combs was a ‘celebrity’ and that [Grayson] would just be wasting her time.”

Grayson further maintained that for “approximately a week,” after returning home, “she felt constant pain in the inside and outside of her vagina.” Though she has no recollection of what happened that night, “she believed [the pain] was from rough intercourse.”

She is seeking $15 million in compensation and, among other claims, alleging that Combs was the one who committed assault and battery on her.

Attorneys for Combs denied the allegations to Page Six and said, Ms. Grayson “does not know who was supposedly involved and has never spoken to Mr. Combs. Her allegations against him are pure fiction.”

Grayson’s lawyer did not return a call for comment.

Bryana ‘Bana’ Bongolan

The fashion designer Bryana “Bana” Bongolan maintains that in September 2016, she and her girlfriend and Cassie Ventura  — Diddy’s ex and a star witness at his trial — were sleeping  in her apartment. The lawsuit claims that she heard Combs shouting from outside of the apartment door and she retreated to the balcony.

Bongolan alleges that Combs gained entry and “advanced on her.” Bongolan says in the complaint that Combs “molested her by groping her breasts.” She claims he then “lifted [her] up on the banister of the 17th floor balcony”  and “struggle[d] not to be thrown to the ground and what would likely be her death.”

In the complaint, filed in November 2024, Bongolan’s accusations aimed toward Combs include sexual battery and false imprisonment. She is seeking in excess of $10 million.

As for this lawsuit, Combs’ legal team told New York magazine, “Mr. Combs firmly denies these serious accusations and remains confident they will ultimately be proven baseless.”

Bongolan’s attorney did return a call for comment.

Rodney ‘Lil Rod’ Jones

In a complaint against Combs and others, Rodney “Lil Rod” Jones — who produced nine songs on Combs’ “Love” album between September 2022 and September 2023 — is described as a “victim of constant unsolicited and unauthorized groping and touching of his anus by Mr. Combs.”

When he complained about the unwanted attention to a security person, Jones claims in the suit that he was told such actions “were Mr. Combs’ way of ‘showing that he likes you.’”

Charges against Combs include sexual assault and sexual harassment.

Jones is seeking $30 million. The suit was filed in 2024. Jones’ attorney Tyrone Blackburn told The Post, “With Rodney Jones, the lawsuit is still going forward, and we have a court appearance on August 6.”

In speaking to the Times, one of Combs’ attorneys described Jones as “nothing more than a liar, shamelessly looking for an easy and wholly undeserved payday.”
