Summary

  • Bentley unveils $37.5M USD two-storey penthouse in Sunny Isles Beach
  • Features include private car elevator, ocean views and optional Bentley Home interior
  • Scheduled for 2028 completion with resort-style amenities and garage for seven cars

Bentley Residences Miami has unveiled its crown jewel: a $37,500,000 million USD penthouse perched on the 61st floor of the world’s first Bentley-branded residential tower. One of just two penthouses in the building, this two-storey residence offers panoramic views of Sunny Isles Beach, the Atlantic Ocean and downtown Miami, blending a resort-style coastal lifestyle with the convenience of urban access.

Arriving via a patented Dezervator car elevator, residents are greeted by 22-foot ceilings and floor-to-ceiling windows. The home features four bedrooms, seven bathrooms, an entertainment loft, study and service quarters. Indoor and outdoor pools, a summer kitchen and a sunset terrace further enhance the penthouse’s seamless indoor-outdoor living experience. Bentley Home offers a bespoke interior concept as an optional add-on, combining natural materials, curving walls and Art Deco inspiration.

Designed for car enthusiasts and discerning residents alike, the penthouse includes a private in-unit garage for up to seven vehicles with EV charging. Residents also enjoy access to top-tier amenities including a whisky bar, cigar lounge, spa, beach club and more. Completion is slated for 2028, offering a rare opportunity to own a slice of elevated automotive-inspired luxury in Miami.
