Orlando Bloom attended the wedding of Lauren Sánchez and Jeff Bezos solo following his split from Katy Perry.
The actor wore a traditional black tuxedo with a bowtie to the over-the-top nuptials on Friday, completing the look with an earring and his famous smile.
Bloom — who is friends the Amazon founder — was also photographed stepping into a water taxi ahead of the event.
The newly-single actor has been out and about enjoying time with pals during his solo trip to the City of Canals.
Bloom, 48, was seen hanging out with Tom Brady in the famous city on Thursday, looking casual on a boat ride with the NFL great. He was also photographed warmly kissing pal Kim Kardashian.
Later that night, he was seen partying with the bride and groom during their pre-wedding festivities before leaving the Madonna dell Orto cloisters with some party guests. He enjoyed an evening boat ride through Venice after leaving the party.
Ahead of the wedding on Friday, Bloom was spotted chatting up fellow wedding guests Oprah Winfrey and Gayle King while out and about in Venice.
Perry, 40, was never expected to attend the event — she’s currently in Australia for her “Lifetimes” tour. But Sánchez, who previously welcomed Perry to her multi-day Paris Bachelorette party in May, sent her best wishes to Perry.
When the “Firework” singer posted about her good “mood” on Thursday, the former journalist took to the comments thread.
“We miss you Katy,” the former journalist wrote, alongside a heart emoji.
News emerged Wednesday that Bloom and Perry had split after 10 years together, following months of tension.
“Katy and Orlando have split but are amicable,” an insider told Us Weekly. “It’s not contentious at the moment. Katy is of course upset but is relieved to not have to go through another divorce, as that was the worst time in her life.”
The source added that the duo’s relationship had “been tense for months,” and that the split was “a long time coming.”
Perry and Bloom welcomed daughter Daisy Dove, now four, in August 2020.
