‘The Valley’ star Zack Wickham breaks down ‘Scrotox’ experience: ‘They hung at their lowest’

Perhaps he’s setting a trend?

“The Valley” star Zack Wickham hit up the medspa on a recent episode of the Bravo show for a unique reason: “Scrotox,” aka injecting Botox in his scrotum.

It’s a new cosmetic phenomenon for the network, though fans have seen countless “Real Housewives” stars go under the knife for various nips and tucks. Wickham was accompanied by his co-star Daniel Booko, though the latter did not partake in the semi-painful procedure.

We asked Wickham what exactly he hoped to achieve — and if he would undergo the procedure again.

“It was great, the doctors and nurses were amazing! However, getting numbed was jarring, but once that set in, the rest of the process was actually easy,” Wickham exclusively told Page Six Style.

“I honestly don’t know what I was truly expecting from it except the obvious — my balls just staying lower — but I figured, ‘Hey, why not try it at least once,’ because it would definitely be an experience if nothing else.”

When asked if he acquired the desired results, which both Wickham and cosmetic surgeon Giselle Prado-Wright, MD told us was targeted at sexual pleasure as well as visual improvement, his review was mixed.

“My balls definitely hung at their lowest for a couple months until it wore off. So I would say it was aesthetically nice,” he said.

“And they said it could feel better during sex, but I don’t know if I really noticed that,” he added. “My boyfriend said they just looked normal though, which was kinda disappointing.”

Wright broke down the procedure to Page Six, explaining, “Scrotox, or Botox injections to the scrotum, works by relaxing the cremaster muscle which is responsible for the natural ‘up and down’ movement of the testicles, known as the cremasteric reflex.”

She added, “When this muscle is overactive, it can cause the scrotum to contract tightly or retract, which some patients find uncomfortable or unappealing. By temporarily inactivating this reflex with Botox, the scrotum hangs lower, creating a smoother, more relaxed appearance.”

So, would Wickham go back for more?

“This was just a fun experiment more than a lifestyle change. I think this is a fun story and experience that won’t be repeated again,” he demurred.
