‘Giggly Squad’s Paige DeSorbo Makes ‘Love Island USA’ Guest Hosting Debut

Paige DeSorbo made a surprise guest appearance on Love Island USA.

The Giggly Squad podcast host and former Summer House star guest hosted a game on the latest episode of the Peacock dating series, which aired on Sunday, June 15.

DeSorbo hosted the “Got Wood?” challenge, where the Islanders got into spicy situations as they continued to get to know each other.

DeSorbo’s appearance on Love Island USA comes after the reality TV personality and entrepreneur exited the Bravo series after seven seasons.

“I’ve made the decision not to return to Summer House,” DeSorbo shared on Instagram. “Being part of this show has been one of the most rewarding chapters of my life — the friendships, the drama, the giggles, all unforgettable.”

She continued, “You’ve seen me grow up over these last 7 summers. I’ll always be beyond grateful for the memories, the community, and the opportunities this wild ride has brought me. But like all good things (and some bad decisions), it’s time for this chapter to close.”

DeSorbo is coming off a massive professional growth year following a national comedy tour with her Giggly Squad podcast co-host Hannah Berner. She also recently launched Daphne, a sleepwear brand that quickly sold out following its initial drop.

The podcast host is a Love Island fan and has shared her love for the show. Recently, Love Island USA host Ariana Madix, expressed her hope that DeSorbo would appear on the dating series, which finally came to fruition.

Love Island USA has had several guest hosts in Season 7 during the Aftersun weekly companion talk show. As Maura Higgins films the new season of The Traitors, Love Island Australia host Sophie Monk took over hosting duties the first week, while Love Island UK alum Eyal Booker hosted the second week.

Love Island USA airs every day except Wednesday, at 9 p.m. ET / 6 p.m. PT on Peacock.
