Week 1 of the new Big3 Basketball season tips off on Saturday, June 14, 2025, live from Allstate Arena in Chicago, Illinois.

Saturday’s action tips off with a showdown between the LA Riot and Miami 305. The Riot boasts one of the most stacked rosters in the Big3, led by former NBA All-Star Dwight Howard, who’s making his debut season in the league. With his size and experience, Howard is expected to dominate in the Big3’s half-court, three-on-three format.

Joining him are fellow former NBA players Jordan Crawford and Wes Johnson. Crawford was known for his scoring bursts in the league, while Johnson, a former No. 4 overall draft pick, brings length and athleticism to the squad. Together, they make the LA Riot a must-watch team this season.

The other Big3 matchup to be televised on Saturday on CBS will feature the Detroit Amps and Chicago Triplets. The Triplets’ roster features Montrezl Harrell, a former Sixth Man of the Year in the NBA, and the 44-year-old Jason Richardson, a former high-flyer in the league.

The Amps feature arguably the most accomplished Big3 player in league history, Joe Johnson, who was also a star in the NBA at one time.
