The 2025 NBA Finals are off and running, with the Oklahoma City Thunder and Indiana Pacers going toe-to-toe. Indiana stole Game 1 in dramatic fashion, putting together an epic comeback to stun the Oklahoma City crowd.
As the two sides get ready for Game 2, each has released the injury report for the game. Each team has a fairly clean injury report heading into the contest, potentially giving fans another exciting matchup.
For the Pacers, they will have forward Jarace Walker out of the game due to a right ankle injury that he suffered during the Eastern Conference Finals. Walker was ruled out for the first two games of the series but could make a return in the next contest.
For the Thunder, they will be missing forward Nikola Topic due to him having surgery for a left knee issue. But otherwise, Oklahoma City looks healthy entering this game.
If Game 2 is anything like Game 1, fans should be in for a treat. While the first three quarters of the game weren’t overly exciting, the final 12 minutes showcased that this could be an extremely competitive series.

Entering the series, many expected Oklahoma City to run away with things, but the Pacers quickly put a halt to that thinking. Indiana has been one of the best teams in the NBA since the calendar flipped to 2025, and they proved that they belong among the true title contenders in Game 1.
But Oklahoma City has typically responded following a loss. This Thunder team was the best in the NBA all season, and the pressure will be on them to even the series before the scene shifts over to Indiana for Games 3 and 4.
“The series isn’t first to one, it’s first to four,” Thunder star Shai Gilgeous-Alexander said after dropping a game-high 38 points. “We have four more games to get, they have three. That’s just where we are.”
If Indiana were to take a 2-0 series lead, it could spell trouble for the Thunder. Oklahoma City will look to get back on track in Game 2 in front of its home fans while Indiana goes for a commanding lead.
Game 2 between the two sides is set to begin at Paycom Center in Oklahoma City at 8 p.m. ET on Sunday.
