Nicolas Cage looked unrecognizable as he stepped out in a fat suit while filming the forthcoming sports biopic “Madden.”

The actor, who portrays former Oakland Raiders head coach John Madden, was spotted walking around the set wearing a blue tracksuit in Atlanta on Monday.

He also sported white sneakers and long hair.

Cage, 61, stars alongside Christian Bale, who plays late Oakland Raiders owner Al Davis, and John Mulaney, who plays businessman and Electronic Arts founder Trip Hawkins.

The David O. Russell-directed movie has already been drama-filled as one actor reportedly quit after the director allegedly said the N-word.

According to TMZ, the unidentified actor walked away from the movie two weeks after filming started.

Several cast and crew members addressed the allegations, telling TMZ that Russell, 66, allegedly said the racist slur while working on a monologue with the actor.

Amazon Studios insiders claimed it was the actor’s idea to use the slur in the script, however, Russell allegedly used the word outside of filming.

The outlet claimed the actor’s decision not to exit the film was also due to a dispute over a nude scene.

The actor complained to Russell about appearing naked in a locker room scene, and the “American Hustle” director reportedly responded in an “unprofessional” manner.

Sources told the outlet that an intimacy coordinator tried to work with the actor, but he still felt uncomfortable.

Russell ultimately told the actor that he didn’t have to be in the scene at all, the insiders claimed.

Despite the actor’s abrupt exit, sources said that he could still return to film the sports drama as “conversations” were ongoing.

Russell did not respond to Page Six’s previous request for comment about the allegations.

The “Silver Linings Playbook” director has made headlines for past on-set controversies. In 2000, George Clooney claimed Russell shouted at people “all day, from day one” on set of the 1999 war action film “Three Kings.”
