Todd and Julie Chrisley was released from prison after receiving pardons from President Trump.

Todd, 56 — who was serving time in federal prison for bank fraud and tax evasion — was freed first on Wednesday evening, Page Six can confirm.

He was on his way home to Nashville, Tenn., after being locked up at the Federal Prison Camp in Pensacola, Fla.

We can confirm Julie, 52, was also released, not long after her husband, from the Federal Medical Center in Lexington, Ky.

Trump announced that he would be pardoning “terrific people” Todd and Julie by posting a video of his phone call with their children to his X account Tuesday.

“It’s a terrible thing. It’s a terrible thing. But it’s a great thing because your parents are gonna be free and clean, and I hope we can do it by tomorrow. It that OK? We’ll try getting it done tomorrow,” Trump said.

“I don’t know them, but give them my regards and wish them a good life.”

Trump, 78, claimed on the phone that they had been given “a pretty harsh treatment.”

“Congratulate your parents. I hear they’re terrific people,” he said, adding, “That should not have happened, so you just take care.”

Todd and Julie’s attorney told Page Six in a statement Tuesday that the pardon “corrects a deep injustice.”

“President Trump recognized what we’ve argued from the beginning: Todd and Julie were targeted because of their conservative values and high profile. Their prosecution was tainted by multiple constitutional violations and political bias,” lawyer Alex Little’s statement read.

“Todd and Julie’s case is exactly why the pardon power exists: to correct misguided prosecutions and reaffirm basic constitutional protections,” the partner at Litson PLLC continued. “Thanks to President Trump, the Chrisley family can now begin healing and rebuilding their lives.”

The “Chrisley Knows Best” stars were found guilty of bank fraud and tax evasion in June 2022 after allegedly submitting fake documents to banks when applying for loans. Julie also allegedly submitted false credit reports and bank statements while trying to rent a house in California.

“The jury’s unanimous verdict sets the record straight: Todd and Julie Chrisley are career swindlers who have made a living by jumping from one fraud scheme to another, lying to banks, stiffing vendors and evading taxes at every corner,” prosecutors wrote in a sentencing memorandum in November 2022.

Julie was sentenced to seven years behind bars while Todd received a 12-year sentence. However, their sentences were reduced in September 2023.

The reality TV personalities were indicted in August 2019, with a new indictment being filed in February 2022. Meanwhile, their accountant was also convicted of a series of related charges, including aiding and abetting the filing of false tax returns.
