Caitlin Clark and the Indiana Fever had a chance for revenge on Thursday night against the Atlanta Dream. After losing to the Dream in their second game of the season on Tuesday night, the Fever were able to get back on track with an 81-76 win in Atlanta on Thursday evening.

With the win, Indiana moved to 2-1 on the season. The Dream, on the other hand, dropped to 1-2.

Even though Clark didn’t have a dominant game in the third outing of the year, she’ll be more than happy with a team win. She scored 11 points on 4-for-11 shooting to go along with six assists and four rebounds.

During the game, an interaction occurred between Clark and Atlanta. She has caught a lot of attention for her reaction to the altercation.

As shared by Barstool Sports on X, Clark was seen saying “I’m not scare of you.”

Early on in her career, Clark has dealt with a lot of cheap shots and attempted intimidation. She has stayed focused on basketball and continued changing the game and bringing the WNBA up with her.

Fans quickly took to the comments section of the Barstool post, sharing their thoughts on the altercation between Clark and Dream players.

“Modern-day Michael Jordan! We are watching greatness,” one fan wrote.

A second fan commented, “She really the W’s Jokic.”

“She’s the reason I get up in the morning,” a third comment read.

Another fan said, “Talk that talk Caitlin this gone be your league in a couple years.”

In the win, the Fever were led by Natasha Howard, who scored 26 points on 12-for-17 shooting to go along with seven rebounds. Kelsey Mitchell scored 17 points and Lexie Hull came off the bench to score 10.

Aliyah Boston didn’t have a very good game either. She scored just four points on 2-for-7 shooting.

Indiana playing as well as they did without Clark or Boston having a good game is a scary thought for opponents. If the supporting cast can continue playing at that level, the Fever could very well be a serious WNBA Finals contender.

Next up for Indiana will be matchup at home against the New York Liberty on Saturday afternoon at 1 p.m. ET.
