PHOENIX — A large estate in Paradise Valley sold for $7.4 million, according to a Tuesday announcement from the brokerage involved in the sale.
The home at 6825 N. 39th Place is move-in ready and has luxurious features and finishes, according to Compass.
With four bedrooms and 4.5 bedrooms, the hillside estate is 6,209 square feet.

“Time after time, we heard that the photos didn’t do it justice,” he said.
Perched high on a mountain, the home boasts a sliding glass door that provides access to a heated glass tile pool, spa, spacious grass yard and patio.
