“Tiger King” Joe Exotic‘s husband, who was already doing time behind bars for immigration crimes, has been deported to Mexico by Immigration and Customs Enforcement officials, according to a report.

Exotic, whose real name is Joseph Allen Maldonado-Passage, is now pleading with President Trump and members of his administration to give his partner a reprieve.

Exotic posted a picture with his husband, Jorge Flores Maldonado, on Instagram Saturday with the caption, “They have officially taken him to an ICE detention Center for his hearing to either stay in America or go back to Mexico.”

Maldonado was released from prison and deported to Mexico just hours after the immigration hearing, TMZ confirmed Sunday.

The newlyweds had tied the knot just a few weeks ago while in a Texas federal lockup, where Exotic, 63, is currently serving a 21-year sentence for plotting to hire a hitman to murder big-cat arch-rival Carole Baskin and violating federal wildlife laws.

“@potus @stephenm don’t you think between losing my life’s work. My parents and now this that I’ve suffered enough and it’s time to watch season 2 of Tiger King and see they admitted on world television the committed perjury and let me go,” Exotic wrote Saturday, tagging the accounts of the Trump administration and White House Deputy Chief of Staff Stephen Miller.

Maldonado, a Mexican national, was serving time for immigration issues, the reality star previously said, according to CBS News.

He was caught allegedly driving a car with six other undocumented immigrants across the border, according to federal court documents obtained by the US Sun.

Exotic posted back in October after he announced his engagement that he was working on “getting [Maldonado] asylum or we be leaving America when we both get out.”

In response to one social media user wishing him luck in his case appeal, Exotic said he has “no problem going to Mexico” with his new husband if released.

Exotic also shared an abstract drawing he said was left behind by his husband before he was taken to his ICE hearing and ultimately deported.

“Guys!! I forgot to show you what Jorge left me to remember him,” he wrote as a caption for an Instagram picture of the illustration.

ICE did not immediately respond to a request for comment.

The eccentric prisoner gained worldwide fame from the Netflix 2020 docuseries “Tiger King: Murder, Mayhem and Madness” that showcased his work and personal life as he looked after exotic big cats at his G.W. Zoo in Wynnewood, Oklahoma.

He was arrested in September 2018 in the middle of filming the show after he offered $10,000 to an undercover FBI agent to kill Baskin, according to the feds.
