Unlock the best FanDuel Preakness promo code offer in time for the second leg of the Triple Crown. Nine of the best 3-year-old thoroughbreds will compete for the Woodlawn Vase at Pimlico Race Course. New customers can learn how to register and use handicapping tools on Saturday.

No code will be needed to get the Preakness offer, simply use the link below.

Activate a $500 no-sweat bet by signing up through the links above. This FanDuel Preakness promo code will release racing credit after a loss. Continue reading to learn about the key contenders.

FanDuel Preakness Promo Code: Types of Bets

Betting on a single horse to win the Preakness Stakes will be the most popular option for this welcome offer. Or you can choose to bet on a horse to place (finish at least 2nd) or show (finish at least 3rd) for a better chance at winning. And these bold bets below will result in larger payouts:

  • Exacta: Picking the top two finishers
  • Trifecta: Picking the top three finishers
  • Superfecta: Picking the top four finishers

The order must be correct unless you box the wager, which will raise the cost. Check out the handicapping features to do research before making your bet. Look at previous performances, expert analysis and race replays.

Horses, Trainers in the 150th Preakness Stakes

The horses will get to the starting gate at Pimlico for the 150th Preakness Stakes at 7:02 pm ET. These are all the contenders, along with their trainers and morning-line odds:

  • Goal Oriented, Bob Baffert (6-1)
  • Journalism, Michael McCarthy (8-5)
  • American Promise, D. Wayne Lukas (15-1)
  • Heart of Honor, Jamie Osborne (12-1)
  • Pay Billy, Michael Gorham (20-1)
  • River Thames, Todd Pletcher (9-2)
  • Sandman, Mark Casse (4-1)
  • Clever Again, Steve Asmussen (5-1)
  • Gosger, Brendan Walsh (20-1)

Journalism had a great trip in the Kentucky Derby. He enters as the favorite, but there are several other horses with impressive resumés that are more rested. For example, River Thames’ connections chose to sit out of the Run for the Roses for a better chance on Saturday. He gives Pletcher a great chance to win his first Preakness.

Baffert has more wins in the Preakness than any other trainer. Goal Oriented is the only undefeated horse in the race, but neither of his two wins were in stake races. Lukas has an opportunity to tie Baffert’s record, but American Promise needs a much better trip than he had in the derby.

How to Unlock This FanDuel Preakness Promo Code Offer

New customers can follow the links on this page to activate the best FanDuel Preakness promo code offer. It will ask for your full legal name, email address, date of birth and other basic info during registration.

Use online banking, a debit card or another payment method to make your first deposit. Then, place a bet up to $500 on the Preakness Stakes. A losing bet will result in racing credit, so you’ll get a second chance to use toward another race.

Go to the promotions tab on FanDuel to find additional offers for a full day of racing at Pimlico. It will likely add bonuses for the third leg of the Triple Crown in three weeks. The Belmont Stakes in New York is the longest of the three races.
