Montréal-based brand JJJJound has revealed a new collaboration with Japanese band RICE NINE TEN. Marking the duo’s first time working together, the new collaboration features a knit vintage-inspired soccer team jersey in navy and brown.
Available in limited quantities, the short-sleeved knit captures the essence of vintage soccer aesthetic, reimagining that athletic piece with modern stylings. RICE NINE TEN, which is by designer Shohei Kimura, focuses on offering unique pieces that combine tradition and innovation. Bringing the vintage taste forward with a modern interpretation, the jersey features a front and back panels constructed in a textured tuck pattern while the collar and cuffs are highlighted in contrasting off-white lines that echo classic team kits. The 888 emblem is hand embroidered on the left jest while the JJJJound logo is seen on the right sleeve. The jersey’s side panels are in deep burgundy and navy, complementing the chocolate brown core. The jersey also features a special edition RNT brand label.
