EXCLUSIVE: UK shop InterTalent has hired the head of the agency that reps stars from Gladiators.

InterTalent has made Hungry Bear Talent’s Sarah Walsh a Talent Director and also brought in Millie Lean, a former YMU Senior Talent Manager who is best known for discovering and developing viral star Francis Bourgeois, known for his trainspotting posts. Bourgeois has also moved to InterTalent.

Walsh left Hungry Bear Talent a few weeks back after one and a half years overseeing the agency that reps the likes of Dynamo, Nitro and Diamond from the smash BBC entertainment format that is produced by Dan Baldwin’s Hungry Bear. Her career began behind the scenes on landmark UK shows like Britain’s Got Talent and Pointless before she moved into talent representation at Crown Talent and Mirador where she represented high-profile names such as RuPaul’s Drag Race UK winner Danny Beard.

Lean discovered Bourgeois, whose viral trainspotting videos have entertained millions and who has brand deals with Gucci, Dior and Lego. The former publishing exec also repped lifestyle and food creators including Poppy O’Toole and Jane’s Patisserie.

InterTalent MD Alex Segal said: “Sarah and Millie bring exactly the kind of vision, creativity, and integrity that defines InterTalent. Their arrival enhances our ability to support clients across traditional and emerging platforms, and we’re delighted to welcome them at this pivotal time.”

InterTalent, which reps the likes of Joan Collins, Amber Gill, Ross Kemp, Susanna Reid and The Gentleman star Vinnie Jones, has had a busy few weeks in the bustling UK agenting scene. Inspired by the success of the likes of KSI and Logan Paul’s PRIME, it recently opened Project30 Ventures, which backs talent launching consumer products.
