A SMART station, also 10 minutes away, links the city to Marin, Petaluma, and Santa Rosa via public transit.

The Sepulveda Basin Recreation Area, home to a lake, a golf course and sports fields, is a 20-minute drive.

On the other side of this level are the dining room and kitchen, where sliding-glass doors open to a balcony. A breakfast bar divides the dining are from the kitchen, which has a built-in desk and a gas cooktop.
From the living room, steps descend to the lower level, which holds all three bedrooms. Off one side of the landing is the primary suite, where the bedroom has wide-plank floors and mirrored closet doors. The attached bathroom, hidden behind a sliding door, has a walk-in shower with a high-set window.
