Liam Payne’s entire $32.2 million estate will be placed in a trust for his 8-year-old son, Bear, multiple sources confirmed to Page Six.

The tragic One Direction star, 31, died intestate — without leaving a will — in October following a horrific fall from a hotel balcony in Buenos Aires, Argentina. Multiple drugs were found in his system.

His former partner Cheryl, Bear’s mom, has been named the administrator of the estate alongside attorney Richard Mark Bray.

“Everything goes to Bear,” a close source told us. “Nobody else gets anything.”

Payne’s reps declined to comment.

The BBC reported that Cheryl, 41, and Bray will “manage the money, but they currently have limited authority and cannot distribute it.”

Cheryl — a UK popstar who first met Payne when One Direction was formed on “The X Factor” there in 2010 — took charge of Payne’s private funeral at St. Mary’s Church in Amersham, England, on November 20, 2024, Page Six is told. It was attended by his 1D bandmates, Harry Styles, Zayn Malik, Niall Horan and Louis Tomlinson.

According to British law, the child of the deceased will inherit the estate if there is no husband, wife or civil partner. Payne’s parents Geoff and Karen are not expected to get anything, nor will his sisters, Nicola and Ruth.

Payne was dating American influencer Kate Cassidy, 26, at the time of his death. Page Six is told she will receive nothing from his estate.

Page Six previously revealed that Payne had been giving Cassidy $10,000 a month for living expenses and also allowed her to use his credit card for clothing and other expenses which regularly totaled around $25,000 a month.

Cassidy would often go shopping with Payne’s longtime stylist and friend Adele Cany, whose services were also funded by the singer, we’re told.

Cassidy started dating Payne in late 2022 and the couple had moved into a $9,950-a-month rental home in Wellington, Florida, only weeks before his death.

Despite rumors that Cassidy hoped to be cared for by Payne’s estate, including being bought a home, a close friend of hers told us in December: “Kate has money of her own, so it’s not like she’ll have nowhere to be. She doesn’t have the money that Liam had, of course, but she’s not broke.

“She makes money through social media partnerships. She won’t be living the same lifestyle she was living with Liam, but she’s going to be OK.”

As for the estate, the friend added, “It’s not hers to claim. Of course, [Payne’s death causes] a financial setback, but her sadness has nothing to do with the money — she’s sad that she lost Liam.”

Cheryl and Payne dated from 2016 to 2018, and welcomed their son in 2017.

After his death, she described the loss as an “earth shattering event … “

“Liam was not only a pop star and celebrity, he was a son, a brother, an uncle, a dear friend and a father to our 7 year old son. A son that now has to face the reality of never seeing his father again,” she wrote.

Cassidy, meanwhile, admitted on the UK morning show “Lorraine” in March, “I’m still working on accepting the fact that he’s not here anymore.”
