Reese Witherspoon may already be moving in with her boyfriend, Page Six hears.
Souces say the Oscar winner and her financier beau, Oliver Haarmann, were seen checking out an apartment at Robert A.M Stern’s new, ultra high-end 14-residence building, Sixteen Fifth Avenue, in March.
“They are looking in the area because [one of her kids] is attending NYU and Reese wants to be close,” we’re told, “They’ve toured the apartment twice already and were very sweet and affectionate at both tours.”
The building is a block north of Washinton Square Park, so right in the midst of the famous campus.
No doubt another factor is that Haarman is based in New York, where his Searchlight Capital private equity firm is headquartered.
The “Big Little Lies” star and the businessman were first romantically linked in July last year when they were photographed on a dinner date at L’Artusi in the West Village.
She and Hollywood agent Jim Toth split in March 2023 after 12 years of marriage.
The brand new building has a duplex penthouse at 6,800 sq/ft and a triplex penthouse at 8,300 sq/ft, both of which have private ourdoor space.
The Greenwich Village building — which has a pre-war look — includes a fitness center, a golf simulator, a lounge, a bike room and private storage for each unit.
There’s a three-bedroom, 4.5-bath, 3,200 apartment for sale there right now for $13.million.
Witherspoon’s main address is Nashville, Tenn., where she grew up.
Reps for the actress didn’t get back to us.
