Perhaps ignorance really is bliss.
Donna Kelce put her sons, Travis Kelce and Jason Kelce, on blast for not sharing anything with her about their love lives when they were in college.
“I knew nothing of anybody that you guys were dating in college. You told me zero. You were too busy. Did you have any time at all to date?” the 72-year-old matriarch said on the athletes’ “New Heights” podcast Wednesday.
Jason, 37, laughed as he replied, “I had plenty of time. I had absolutely zero game, and I looked like an overweight Oompa Loompa. That’s why I had zero game.”
According to the retired Philadelphia Eagles center — who now shares four daughters with wife Kylie Kelce — he “sucked at talking to women,” which would explain why Donna noted that he “really didn’t bring a lot of ladies home.”
As for “Trav,” who is dating Taylor Swift, Donna admitted that she “met one or two” of his love interests before he brought the pop superstar around.
“What? I didn’t have any girlfriends,” the 35-year-old Kansas City Chiefs tight end quipped in response.
Though Donna didn’t mention Swift, also 35, in the conversation, a source told Page Six in February that she and the rest of the Kelce clan “adore” her and believe “she truly loves and cares about him for who he is.”
According to our insider, the Kelces have “never seen Travis so happy with a girlfriend before” and “would love to see Taylor and Travis spend their lives together.”
It also helps that “their families blend seamlessly,” our informant pointed out.
Prior to his relationship with Swift, which he made public in September 2023, Travis was romantically linked to Zuri Hall, Kayla Nicole and Maya Benberry.
