Dubai Police has unveiled a new addition to its luxury patrol fleet: a bespoke Rolls-Royce Cullinan customized by German tuner MANSORY. The high-profile reveal took place at the Arabian Travel Market (ATM) 2025 at Dubai World Trade Centre.
Finished in Dubai Police’s signature green livery, the one-of-a-kind Cullinan packs a MANSORY-enhanced 610 hp engine capable of hitting 62 mph in just 5 seconds and reaching a top speed of 173 mph. Crafted with premium carbon fiber and aluminum components, the luxury SUV also features cutting-edge displays and driver-focused technology.
Brigadier Khalfan Obaid Al Jallaf, Director of the Tourist Police Department, praised the collaboration, highlighting the vehicle’s role in enhancing police presence at top tourist destinations such as Burj Khalifa and JBR. “This partnership reflects our commitment to innovation and leadership,” he said.
The Cullinan follows a previous MANSORY-Dubai Police collaboration — the modified Mercedes-AMG G63, which boasts 720 hp and a 0–62 mph time of 3.7 seconds. MANSORY founder Kourosh Mansory noted the shared values behind the partnership: “Our latest creation is a reflection of craftsmanship, performance, and mutual dedication to excellence.”
