Donald Trump went after pollsters for The New York Times and other media outlets Monday, as the latest numbers show the president with historically low approval ratings at the 100-day mark.

Trump ended up winning Iowa by more than 13 percentage points. Trump claims that the poll violated Iowa consumer fraud act. Selzer and the Register are asking a judge to dismiss the lawsuit.

The latest New York Times-Siena College poll showed 54% disapprove of Trump’s job performance, and 42% approve. According to the Times daily average of polls, his approval rating is at 44%, compared to 52% in January.
