A 64-year-old man is clinging to life after shooting himself in the head in an apparent suicide attempt at Brooklyn Bridge Park early Easter Sunday morning, police said.

Cops responded to a 911 call at the picturesque park shortly before 6:40 a.m. to find the unidentified man unresponsive with a gunshot wound to the head, an NYPD spokesperson said.

He was transported to Presbyterian Memorial Hospital by EMS and is listed in critical condition with life-threatening injuries, according to police.

A firearm was recovered at the scene and the incident is under investigation.

In November, a distraught man threatened to jump off the historic span but was talked down by cops.

Two months earlier police discovered possible human remains at the park.
