Brandi Glanville revealed that she’s spent six figures on medical costs to treat her mystery facial parasite.

“I’m out of funds. I’m out over six figures at this point,” the former “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” star told Us Weekly on Tuesday.

“I don’t have the means to go anywhere at this point. I’m online every day, going down a different rabbit hole. It’s exhausting. It’s all-consuming,” she added.

Glanville, who joined OnlyFans in 2023 to help with her financial issues, told the outlet she has spent “over $113,000” on treatment outside her insurance plan with Kaiser Permanente.

“I just wanna find a doctor who makes it, like, his mission to help me,” she said, sharing that she still doesn’t have a definitive diagnosis.

“And not just me, [but] these other poor women who have been going through this for so long, and men, too. I’ve had a couple men reach out. I feel for them, like, I know exactly what they’re talking about and the pressure in their head, how they feel it’s gonna explode. … I’m at my wits’ end.”

The ex-Bravo star, 52, said she visited the “best” infectious disease and allergy doctors and has undergone CAT scans, MRIs and ultrasounds, but nothing has disclosed “whatever’s living in [her] face.”

“It’s moving down my body, like, literally in my neck now moving on my left shoulder [and] down my arm,” she said. “I have to get up, I have to stretch, I have to get in a hot tub. I have a routine and it sucks.”

Glanville first began experiencing issues with her face in October 2023, when she had to be rushed to the hospital after her face blew up, her eyes swelled shut and she collapsed.

A source told “Entertainment Tonight” at the time, “Brandi’s been under so much stress since ‘The Real Housewives Ultimate Girls Trip’ drama started with Caroline Manzo. She hasn’t been able to work since the false claims were brought against her and now it’s taking a toll on her physically.” (Manzo, 63, claimed that Glanville touched her private parts inappropriately and humped her without her consent, a claim the mom of two denied.)

Last July, Glanville threatened to sue Bravo over her changed appearance, claiming that stress had “ruined” her health and she had been unable to work for a year and a half as a result of the “Ultimate Girls’ Trip” drama with Manzo.

In December 2024, the former Bravolebrity posted a photo of her disfigured face to X, sharing that doctors believe she may “have a parasite that jumps around [her] face.”

Glanville revealed that the “painful lumps” in her face are causing a “constant oily fowl [sic] tasting drainage” into her mouth and that the “acidic” liquid is “eating away” at her teeth.
