Graham definitely makes sure he sniffs out all the guests like he might if, say, he were in a dog park.

That he does! Golden Retrievers are beloved for their big personalities. They’re friendly by nature and enjoy opportunities to be social. These doting dogs are perfect for families but their love for humans extends well beyond those they live with or already know. Golden Retrievers get along well with strangers and even other pets.
Their ability to adapt to and even embrace new environments makes them the ideal pet for those with active lifestyles who want to bring their four-legged friends along with them.
