When you love someone, it can be hard to contain your feelings. And while everyone appreciates a good cuddle, there are times when that show of affection may be a bit overwhelming—in the best possible way.
A gorgeous Bernese Mountain Dog isn’t shy when it comes to proving to her human just how much she cares. In a TikTok video uploaded by Olive (@olivethebmd) a super-sweet (and super-sized) dog gives a powerful response to the question, “Do you want to cuddle?”

Wow, Olive really went for it, didn’t she? Now we’re wondering what exactly was in that breakfast she was howling about moments before she hopped onto her human.
The caption states, “I saw my life flash before my eyes this morning,” and we get it! Olive is no small potato! Even though we’re sure this beauty had the best of intentions, it still had to be more than a bit startling to see this big gal getting up close and personal—and so quickly.

Aw, a brave soul. But, yes, once the initial shock wore off, it would be lovely to share a cuddle with Olive.

That said, you’ll want to have ample lap space available. Bernese Mountain dogs can stand more than 27 inches in height at the shoulder and males may weigh up to 115 lbs. That’s a lot of dog to come flying at your face first thing in the morning, lol.
While these pups make be imposing because of their considerable stature, they’re not threatening and very loyal and affectionate with their owners. Olive certainly proves that’s true.
