SCOTTSBORO, Ala. (WHNT) — Police carried out a drug bust that led to the arrest of a Scottsboro man on Tuesday.

The bust happened in the 1600 block of County Road 30. The information leading to this search warrant came from an earlier arrest and showed that the supply of methamphetamine the other person arrested had came from that address.

The following items were found during the search:
- Marijuana
- Suboxone
- Drug paraphernalia
- A firearm
- 5.97 grams of a methamphetamine/fentanyl mixture
“Let this serve as a warning to anyone engaging in illegal drug activity: you will be found, you will be arrested, and you will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law,” said Greg Godfrey, Chief of the Scottsboro Police Department. “We are working tirelessly to ensure that our neighborhoods remain safe, drug-free, and secure for families, businesses, and visitors alike.”
