You know what they say: Two can keep a secret if one of them is dead. But a less drastic option, and one being taken by General Hospital‘s Anna and Jason, is to keep things under wraps by meeting away from prying eyes. While navigating their rather unique friendship — what with them being on opposite sides of the law — the pair have come up with what seems like a wise idea: Rather than meeting in public places, such as the park, they’ll instead conduct all future business at his apartment above Bobbie’s.

You’ll recall that soon after Jason’s latest return from the dead, he wound up moving into the erstwhile Kelly’s, which Carly had renamed following the death of her much-loved mom. And while keeping their meetings discreet seems like a smart idea given that Turner, who is acting as district attorney in Robert’s absence, has it out for Anna.
Port Charles is, however, a soap opera town, and secrets never stay buried long in these locales, so it’s only a matter of time before someone catches wind of Jason and Anna’s private meetings. So much as the black-donning hitman is pretending to be the father of Sasha’s unborn child, he soon might find himself in yet another faux relationship.
After all, how better to throw people off the scent than to go “public” with the fact he and Anna have become involved? What’s one more lie between the scheme team, right? But things could quickly get complicated on multiple levels. Let’s not forget that Jason and Anna did share a kiss not that long ago. Sure, it was nothing more than a way to prevent the guards watching them from finding out what they were really up to, but sometimes… well, let’s just say that relationships have sprung up under odder circumstances.

Fans definitely did not react well to that initial kiss, with Reddit user kimsemi suggesting that Jason and Anna kissing was “a cardinal violation of everything that is holy,” adding that the twosome made “Drew and Willow actually seem like a desirable pairing.”
That said, should Jason and Anna pretend to be involved — or, heaven forbid, become an actual couple — the ripple effect could be epic. It might bring Robert running back to Port Charles to find out what the heck was (or wasn’t) going on. Heck, daughter Robin — whom you’ll recall was once very heavily involved with Jason — might also return to get answers. Dare we hope the entire situation results in a Scorpio family reunion, perhaps perfectly timed to the upcoming Nurses Ball?
