The USWNT’s most recent win came on Feb. 23, a 2-1 victory over Australia in which Lynn Biyendolo and Michelle Cooper were the goal-scorers.
Team USA and Brazil have met on the soccer pitch 41 times in their history. It has been a one-sided rivalry, with the U.S. winning 32 games against Brazil, losing three times, and drawing five times. Regardless, Brazil has a lot of talent in women’s soccer, so today’s game will be tough for the U.S.
