He’s “torn this way.”

Mark Ronson landed in the hospital after he pulled two bicep tendons during a recent DJ set.

On Wednesday, the 49-year-old musician detailed how he got his injury, writing in an Instagram post, “That time the house PA was so bad that I tried to one-hand turn the stage monitor towards the crowd mid-mix to give them some extra juice.

“Turns out they weigh more than I thought…Two popped bicep tendons and one finished gig later, here we are, baby!”

He concluded his post with the hashtag “torn this way,” a play on his collaboration with Lady Gaga, “Born This Way.”

The London native accompanied the news with a picture from his hospital bed where he flashed a thumbs up.

Several friends and fans rushed to the comment section to send him well-wishes.

Chelsea Handler simply wrote, “Whoopsie doodle,” while fellow DJ Jesse Marco shared, “This happened to me two years ago… get well soon brother ”

Just last week, the nine-time Grammy winner performed a five-hour DJ set filled with ’90s R&B, hip-hop, disco and more in New York City to announce his forthcoming memoir.

“Night People: How To Be A DJ in ‘90s NYC” is slated to be released this September and will chronicle three of his “great loves,” including “the art of DJing with all its emotional highs and lows, the electric energy of New York after dark, and the wild, wonderful clubland characters who became my second family.”

He also shared evidence of the soirée via social media, captioning a series of videos and images, “Five hour vinyl set. Just like I used to… Been an exciting week announcing the new book. Thank you NY as always.”

Some of the clips even featured Jimmy Fallon making a funny face at the camera.

In February, Page Six exclusively revealed that Ronson and his wife, Grace Gummer, had welcomed their second child, a baby girl.

The couple started dating in 2020 and tied the knot one year later.

Ronson and Gummer, who is Meryl Streep’s daughter, are also parents to 2-year-old daughter Ruthie.
