John Goodman experienced a hip injury during the production of Warner Bros‘ and Legendary’s latest movie from four-time Academy Award winner Alejandro González Iñárritu, Deadline reports.

“He received immediate medical attention that led to a brief delay in shooting to allow him time to recover,” a Warner Bros’ spokesperson told the news outlet.

“The production resumes shooting next week following John’s full recovery.”

While the movie was not shooting at the time of the 72-year-old’s injury, Deadline was told it did occur at the United Kingdom’s Pinewood Studios on Friday.

Sources wouldn’t tell Deadline the severity of the injury or how it happened, but TMZ was told Goodman fell and hurt his hip.

Their insider further revealed Goodman injury was not related to a stunt.

On Friday evening, the Sun reported, “a horror injury on set…which put an unnamed star in hospital with injuries to his pelvis and leg.”

A rep for the “Big Lebowski” star didn’t immediate respond to Page Six’s request for comment.

The untitled film also stars Tom Cruise, Jesse Plemons, Michael Stuhlbarg, Sandra Hüller and Riz Ahmed.

According to IMDb, the movie will reportedly follow “The most powerful man in the world causes a disaster and embarks on a mission to prove that he is the savior of humanity.”

Prior to suffering his injury, the “Roseanne” star lost his $4.6 million home in the Pacific Palisades wildfire in January along with several other celebrities like Heidi Montag, Spencer Pratt, Adam Brody, Leighton Meester, Milo Ventimiglia and Mandy Moore.
