Julia Haart is set to resume management of Elite World Group, the company she ran with her ex-husband Silvio Scaglia, after notching another court victory.

Last month Page Six reported that a divorce court had awarded Haart control of the modeling firm, which she helmed from 2019 until she and owner Scaglia split in 2022.

After the ruling — which awarded her 50% of the company and power of attorney over it — Haart was ready to return to day-to-day control of the operation, which owns famed modeling agency, Elite and other assets.

But Scaglia filed a motion asking the court to put a stay on the ruling — preventing it from going into effect until he filed an appeal.

Now the appeals court has denied that request, meaning that Haart’s back at the wheel.

In papers seen by Page Six, presiding judge Dianne T. Renwick of the Supreme Court of New York’s Appelate Division ruled simply: “It is ordered that [Scaglia’s] motion is denied.”

Haart, who also starred in Netflix show “My Unorthodox Life,” told us, “Today’s decision makes it clear: justice prevails. I will continue to fight for truth, fairness, and accountability—because justice, though sometimes delayed, always finds its way.”

As we’ve previously reported, a warrant was put out for Scaglia’s arrest after he stopped showing up in court and making court-ordered payments to Haart. A judge sentenced him to 20 days in jail for contempt of court. But the businessman appears to have skipped town for his native Italy.

On Thursday, Haart’s attorney Michael Beyda told us, “We are hopeful that Mr. Scaglia will finally get the message now that five [judges] have agreed with [divorce court judge] Judge Pearlman and have denied his motion for a [stay] that his actions have consequences and he is not going to be able to bully Ms. Haart and her lawyers into submission.”

Scaglia didn’t respond to our request for comment.
