Audrey Hepburn’s former home is for sale for a cool $21 million.

The villa, which was purchased by Hepburn in 1963, is located around 30 minutes from Geneva in Tolochenaz, Vaud, and is not too far from Lake Geneva in Switzerland. It is dubbed La Paisible, which means “the peaceful” in French, and was the actress’s home for 30 years.

La Paisible was originally built in the 18th century and has a total of 21 rooms, including 12 bedrooms and eight bathrooms, as well as four fireplaces. The property has five entrances, one of which leads to a two-bedroom apartment for guests that is attached to the main house, with two fully equipped kitchens.

There are also two garages on the property and enough space for 15 more cars to park, along with a 50-foot swimming pool. The listing boasts a 6,000-square-foot private park that is “adorned with century-old trees.”

The actress lived in the villa for 30 years, where she raised her two children, Sean Ferrer, 55, from her first marriage to actor Mel Ferrer, and Luca Dotti, 64, from her second marriage with psychiatrist Andrea Dottii. Hepburn died inside the home in 1993 after a battle with cancer. Less than 10 years after their mother passed, Sean Ferrer and Luca Dotti sold the property to the current CEO of ECH Ltd., Jean-Marc Beaujolin, and his wife, Katharina Beaujolin. Katharina admitted that Hepburn was one of her favorite actresses, according to a report by Bloomberg that was published on Wednesday, February 5.

Hepburn’s former home is currently listed by Knight Frank, a British realty company. Despite being worth around $21 million, Knight Frank encourages all interested buyers to inquire about the price.

The Breakfast at Tiffany’s star lived in over a dozen homes throughout her life, as she spent parts of her childhood in Belgium, England, and the Netherlands before moving to the U.S. in 1951 to pursue acting. Hepburn later moved to Italy in the 1960s and finally to Switzerland, where she passed away in 1993 at age 63.
