Demi Moore is still a “constant presence” in her ex-husband Bruce Willis’ life.

The “Substance” actress visits Willis — who was diagnosed with frontotemporal dementia in 2022 — on a weekly basis to ensure he and his family feel supported.

“We will always be a family, just in a different form,” Moore said of her relationship with the “Die Hard” star in an interview with Variety published Thursday.

“For me, there was never a question. I show up because that’s what you do for the people you love.”

Moore, 62, hopes that sharing the details of her amicable bond with Willis, 69, will inspire others who have been through a divorce.

“I hope it’s encouraging for others to see that there’s a different way to do things,” the “Ghost” star said.

“There is life after divorce. There is a way to co-parent with love.”

Moore and Willis were married from 1987 to 2000 and share three daughters: Rumer, 36, Scout, 33, and Tallulah, 31.

He is also a father to daughters Mabel, 12, and Evelyn, 10, whom he shares with his wife, Emma Heming.

Moore’s latest remarks on her friendship with Bruce comes amid his health battles.

In March 2022, the “Sixth Sense” star’s family announced that he would be stepping away from acting after he was diagnosed with aphasia.

They revealed Bruce’s diagnosis with “cruel” frontotemporal dementia nearly a year later in February 2023.

Moore previously shared an update on her ex’s condition during an interview with CNN in December 2024.

“Given the givens, he’s in a very stable place at the moment,” she said at the time.

“There is great loss, but there is also great beauty and gifts that can come from it,” the actress added.

Meanwhile, Rumer recently gushed over her parents’ relationship in an interview on the British talk show “Loose Women” Monday.

“Even when they split up, they created such a beautiful foundation of prioritizing my sisters and I,” she said of her mom and dad.

“I never felt like I had to choose. Like, they never played against each other. We were a family, and we still are very much a family no matter what.”
