Racers, start your engines — a new episode of RuPaul’s Drag Race Season 17 airs tonight.
Last week, the queens flexed their acting chops by creating commercials inspired by iconic Drag Race moments before serving Quilted For Your Pleasure looks on the runway. Onya Nurve was crowned the winner of the maxi challenge, while Kori King and Joella had to lip sync to “Buttons” by the Pussycat Dolls for their lives.
In the end, Kori King lived to slay another day, while Joella was told to “sashay away.”
This week, the 12 remaining queens will get a chance to show off their comedic sensibilities in a send-up of Saturday Night Live known as RDR Live. Hacks creator and star Paul W. Downs will be on hand as the week’s guest judge.
As always, a new episode of RuPaul’s Drag Race will be immediately followed by RuPaul’s Drag Race: Untucked.

How to Watch RuPaul’s Drag Race for free:
Since RuPaul’s Drag Race airs exclusively on MTV, those without cable will have to utilize a live TV streaming service to tune in.
The best of these options for Drag Race is Philo, which offers a seven-day free trial before $28/month payments begin. It’s the most affordable live TV streaming service and it includes MTV in the base plan, making it the most cost effective service in the long run, considering RuPaul’s Drag Race will air through April.
Other ways to Watch Rupaul’s Drag Race:
- DIRECTV Stream: MTV is part of DIRECTV Stream’s Entertainment plan, which costs $86.99/month after a five-day free trial.
- Sling TV: MTV is available as part of the Entertainment Extra ($6.00/month) add-on package, but you’ll need a Sling Orange base plan ($23.00 for your first month).
- Hulu + Live TV: Get MTV with Hulu + Live TV’s base plan ($82.99/month after a three-day free trial.)
Will RuPaul’s Drag Race Season 17 be on Paramount+?
Unfortunately, no, at least not yet. You won’t be able to watch RuPaul’s Drag Race Season 17 on Paramount+ until the entire season has aired.
Last year, Season 16 premiered on Paramount+ in late July, so it’s likely the timing will be similar for Season 17.
