New York City Mayor Eric Adams will have a “limited public schedule” this week due to a series of doctors’ appointments after Hizzoner “hasn’t been feeling his best” over the past few days, his office announced late Sunday night.

The Democrat, 64, won’t be out and about much while he stops by doctors’ offices and undergoes “routine medical tests,” Deputy Mayor for Communications Fabien Levy said in a statement just before 11 p.m. — without revealing details about the mayor’s health struggles.

“While he will continue to communicate constantly with staff and ensure city business continues undeterred, during this time, the mayor will have a limited public schedule,” Levy said.

“New Yorkers can rest assured that their local government will continue to deliver for them every day as our committed workforce at City Hall, and more than 300,000 employees at dozens of city agencies, continue to show up on the most important issues.”

Levy said the mayor’s office would “continue to communicate in an unlikely event [Adams] is unable to fully discharge his duties on any particular day,” while noting Hizzoner has a right to privacy.

An email to Levy seeking more information was not immediately returned.

Adams, who is in his first term as mayor, has faced past health battles after he was diagnosed with Type 2 diabetes in 2016, temporarily suffering vision loss as a result.

The longtime pol who previously served as Brooklyn borough president and a state senator also suffered nerve damage in his hands and feet that he said could’ve led to amputation, he previously told The Post.

He quickly transformed his diet to only plant-based foods to improve his health.

“I met some amazing doctors who told me how food impacts us,” Adams said in a 2021 interview. “I saw a doctor in Ohio at the Cleveland Clinic, and he told me I could reverse my condition if I would change what I was eating.”

Adams is seeking reelection this year even as he has a multi-count indictment hanging over his head for allegedly accepting free or greatly discounted travel from Turkish officials in exchange for political favors.

Adams has denied all wrongdoing with a federal trial expected in April.

Last week, he made an unexpected trip to attend the inauguration of President Trump in DC, forgoing a Martin Luther King Jr. Day event in the city.
