He’s the wrong kind of Costco guy.
A California man who was convicted last year of sexually assaulting two Costco employees — including one who was working at a free-sample concession stand — is trying to appeal the court decision, despite being caught on surveillance cameras, according to authorities.
Timothy Scott McIlvain, 55, of Cloverdale, Calif., was convicted of sexual battery, attempted indecent exposure and resisting a peace officer in October for a disgusting display of perversity aimed at the two female employees of a Costco in Ukiah last May, SFGate reported.
One of the victims told the Ukiah Police Department that McIlvain — who she recognized from a previous creepy encounter a week or two earlier — stopped and stared at her while she explained what type of samples she was handing out, according to the local outlet.
While she was tending to another customer, the creep moved around the sample booth and stood directly next to the victim
“What do you think of me?” the sicko allegedly asked the unsuspecting treat-monger.
“You’re okay,” she said, trying to be friendly to not upset the stranger, according to the police report obtained by the outlet.
Then, without saying a word, McIlvain grabbed her genitals through her clothes, police said.
The predator then approached another female employee of the store and made a lewd remark, according to the store manager.
“That ain’t no keys in my pocket,” he reportedly remarked, before moving to pull down his shorts.
The employee shouted at McIlvain to get away, which prompted him to leave before she saw whether he had actually exposed himself or not, the police report stated.
When cops arrived at the scene, the now registered sex offender was waiting in the checkout line and became a dead fish — he “would not speak” and “aimlessly stared” at officers from UPD, according to SFGate.
The sick perv even “went limp” when officers tried to walk him out of the Costco — forcing cops to drag him out of the superstore.
McIlvain was sentenced in November to 12 months of probation and is required to register as a sex offender for 10 years, according to the outlet.
He is currently in Mendocino County Jail on another charge, SFGate reported.
Shortly after his sentencing in the Costo sex assault case, Mcllvain filed an appeal, however, it’s unclear on what grounds, the publication said.
