Unearthed Epstein email raises new questions about Melania Trump: report

MAGA world rattled by Melania’s deafening silence on lawmaker’s abuse claims: expert

Journalist Kaitlyn Pierce is raising new questions about First Lady Melania Trump and her migration to the United States after piecing together details from a newly unearthed 2009 email forwarded to Jeffrey Epstein.

In a seemingly unprompted announcement delivered in April, Mrs. Trump denied allegations that Epstein had introduced her to her future husband, President Donald Trump. However, a newly surfaced 2009 email shows Epstein was informed the same day a model was rejected by Trump Model Management — the agency Mrs. Trump was herself once associated with before marrying the president.

The email in question was signed off by a person named “corinne,” which Pierce — who writes under the name Kait Justice — suspects to be Corinne Nicolas, who previously served as the president of Trump Model Management until its closure in 2017.

“At this time, I don’t feel that she is right for us,” the email reads. “I want to thank you both for your consideration of Trump Models.”

That email, according to the Justice Department’s publication of Epstein-related files, was then forwarded the same day by modeling agent Ramsey Elkholy – who had sent Epstein hundreds of emails over almost a decade, including one begging Epstein to “have sex” with a model – to Epstein, suggesting Trump and Epstein’s modeling ventures were more closely connected than previously known, Justice suggested.

As noted by Justice, models that worked for either Trump Model Management or MC2 – the modeling agency cofounded by Jean-Luc Brunel and financed by Epstein – were often brought to the United States using “a recruiter, a visa sponsor, an apartment, a flight: the same services that brought Melania Knauss to America.”

“Paolo Zampolli is the modeling agent who recruited [Mrs. Trump] in Europe, brought her to New York in 1996 and says he obtained the H-1B visa that allowed her to work here,” Justice wrote.

“An FBI witness says Epstein reviewed portfolios and attended castings at Zampolli’s agency. In March 2025, Trump gave Zampolli a State Department position. Melania’s name appears nowhere on the pages we can read, and I am not accusing her of committing anyone’s crimes.”

And, with the 2009 email showing Epstein’s knowledge of Trump Model Management decisions, Justice suggested the new revelation could shed new light on the details of Mrs. Trump’s migration to the United States.

“[A] model agent working with Epstein sent a woman to Trump Model Management. Trump Models interviewed her, rejected her and sent its decision back through Ramsey Elkholy, who forwarded it directly to Epstein,” Justice wrote. “On that same day, Epstein told Elkholy that ‘Jean Luc’ would take an unnamed woman instead.”
