This unit is in a building in Koreatown, within easy walking distance of several Korean barbecue restaurants, a Korean supermarket and coffee shops. The Wilshire/Vermont station on the B and D Metro route is nearby, with trains reaching downtown Los Angeles in 15 minutes. A Target is 15 minutes away on foot, as is Lafayette Park, which has a playground and basketball courts.

This unit occupies the front half of the house, which sits on a wide street less than 20 minutes on foot from Alamitos Beach. Along nearby East 4th Street are a wine bar, a 1920s movie theater that screens independent films, and a cheese shop. There are also restaurants, a skate shop and several antique stores. The Long Beach Museum of Art is less than five minutes away by car, and the Aquarium of the Pacific is less than 10 minutes away.
Driving to LAX takes around half an hour, and downtown Los Angeles is a 45-minute drive. Irvine and Anaheim are both a half-hour drive.

The living room has its original hardwood floors, a decorative fireplace, a coat closet and a window facing the side yard. Both the living room and sunroom have ceiling fans.
Pocket doors slide open from the living room to the bedroom, which was once the home’s dining room. An original china cabinet is built into one wall, and mirrored doors slide open to reveal a closet. Two windows facing the side yard fill the space with natural light.
The sunny kitchen is on the other side of the bedroom, with a gas range and a stainless steel sink. Next door is the updated bathroom, which has black and white tile floors and a combined tub and shower.

Thai Town and Little Armenia are about ten minutes away by car, and Dodger Stadium and downtown Los Angeles are each 15 minutes away.

Next door to the bedroom is the bathroom, where the combined tub and shower has a window and white subway tiles. The new vanity is olive green and has a white porcelain sink.
