Kanye West confused fans by posting a throwback video of Pamela Anderson in her birthday suit.
The “Heartless” rapper took to his Instagram Story Wednesday to share a clip of the “Baywatch” alum presenting Hugh Hefner with a cake for his 82nd birthday in 2008.
In the video, Anderson — who was 40 years old at the time — was wearing nothing but high heels as she carried the dessert for the Playboy mogul.
Hefner — who died in 2017 at age 91 — was seen smiling and grabbing onto the actress’ waist as she twirled around and smothered him with kisses.
West, 47, paired the explicit video of the former Playboy Playmate with audio that repeated the words, “Hide your bitch.”
Several fans shared their reactions to the 24-time Grammy winner’s puzzling post, with one user posting on X, “I don’t think Pamela Anderson is going to like what Kanye did …”
“Erm did Pamela Anderson approve Kanye to post that video or…?” another perplexed netizen wondered.
A third chimed in, “Why the f–k did Kanye West post Pamela Anderson naked in his stories? It’s very difficult to defend this man, I try very hard sometimes.”
Others speculated that West may have been hinting at a collaboration with Anderson, 57, on his forthcoming new album.
She notably appeared in the rapper’s 2006 music video for “Touch the Sky” from his second studio album, “Late Registration.”
Reps for the “Bound 2” recording artist and the “Last Showgirl” star were not immediately available to Page Six for comment.
Anderson made her debut as a Playboy model in October 1989 when she landed on the magazine’s cover.
In January 2011, she made history when she appeared in the publication for the 13th time — more than any other Playboy Bunny, per Us Weekly.
West, meanwhile, is no stranger to posting graphic images on social media, though they are usually of his wife, Bianca Censori.
Earlier this month, the “Gold Digger” hitmaker shared photos of the Australian model, 30, showing off her assets in a see-through bodysuit.
West has previously defended posting risqué photos of Censori, telling fans to “go f–k” themselves via Instagram last year.
West and Censori tied the knot in December 2023 following his divorce from Kim Kardashian.
