Kyle Richards brought up a photo of her estranged husband, Mauricio Umansky, and “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” co-star Dorit Kemsley being “touchy-feely” in Tuesday’s episode.
The awkward moment occurred on the Bravo reality show after Bozoma Saint John questioned Richards’ decision to stay in touch with Kemsley’s estranged husband, Paul “PK” Kemsley.
Richards, 56, denied she was sending anything more than “stupid memes” to PK, 57, and then threw a jab at Dorit, 48, for remaining friendly with Umansky, 54.
“You wanna know something funny? Let me show you something funny,” Richards told Saint John, 47, while getting her phone. “Do you know there was a whole rumor? It was a stupid rumor, but I’m just gonna show you. There was a whole rumor started, because they’re like, ‘Dorit is way too touchy-feely with Mo.’”
Richards showed Saint John a screenshot from a 2022 episode of “RHOBH” that featured PK and Umansky hugging while Dorit joined in on the embrace, touched the “Buying Beverly Hills” star’s back and kissed his shoulder before they all let go.
“There was a whole rumor about how Dorit has a thing for Mo, and it was all over the internet,” Richards recalled. “She had to go and defend it and this and that. So don’t even get me freaking started about sending stupid memes, OK? Please.”
The “Halloween” actress was referring to rumors that circulated online after the clip of Dorit and Umansky’s interaction first went viral.
However, Dorit was quick to shut down the speculation and slammed one “miserable” fan for spreading it.
“Kyle and Mau are our friends and my kids call them uncle and auntie,” she commented on an Instagram post in August 2022. “Do you think this is ok for my kids to see when it’s a disgusting lie?”
Dorit further wrote that the “false narratives” had “ZERO truth behind” them.
Both Richards and Dorit have been going through separations with their respective spouses, but the onetime friends have not been able to lean on each other, as they have been feuding for the past year.
The former best friends had a falling out after filming the Season 13 reunion because Dorit accused Richards of sending her a “manipulative” text asking them to work things out off-camera.
Richards subsequently became upset with Kemsley for airing the text on “RHOBH,” so they stopped speaking to each other for months.
Both Richards and Dorit have attempted to med their fractured friendship on the current season of “RHOBH,” but their conversations have only ended in screaming matches.
“The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” airs Tuesdays at 8 p.m. ET on Bravo and is available to stream the next day on Peacock.
