Josh Hall is reportedly “happily dating” Nashville-based model Stephanie Gabrys.
A source told Us Weekly Friday that they have been seeing one another “for some time” and that Josh “wasn’t trying to date, but he met someone, and it was a perfect match.”
The insider also said Hall, 44, “has no desire to be a celebrity” and wants to “live a more private life.”
While the pair have kept their romance private, Gabrys, who is 34, according to her Ace Models profile, follows the realtor on Instagram and wrote him an encouraging comment on his Instagram reflection post about 2024.
“Proud of you and the strong, patient, hard working, generous, and kind hearted man you are!” she gushed.
Page Six reached out to the alleged couple for comment on the report but did not immediately hear back.
The report of their potential relationship comes the same day Hall’s estranged wife, Christina Hall, was reported to be dating Network Connex CEO Christopher Larocca.
They’ve allegedly been seeing each other for “a few months” and often spend time together in Newport, Calif.
While they have not publicly commented on their relationship, they reportedly “don’t hide that they’re together.”
Josh and Christina, 41, tied the knot in April 2022 and he filed for divorce in July 2024.
Their separation has been contentious, with the “Christina on the Coast” star accusing him of stealing $35,000 from her and publicly calling him a “gold digging little biatchh.”
She also claimed her success emasculated him, which made it hard to film their show, “The Flip Off,” together. The pair split as the series was in production and she finished filming without him.
In October 2024, he filed a temporary emergency order to stop the sale of their $4.5 million home in Franklin, Tenn. In the court documents, he said he was not informed the estate would be listed and that its sale would negatively affect him as living expenses in Tennessee skyrocket.
He also claimed he was permitted to reside in the home during their separation. Despite this, he was living in a different Tennessee property at the time he filed the papers.
Josh is Christina’s third husband.
Before they tied the knot, she was married to Ant Anstead between 2018 and 2020. They share a 5-year-old son named Hudson.
The HGTV star was also notoriously with Tarek El Moussa between 2009 and 2016. They have two kids: daughter Taylor, 14, and son Brayden, 9.
