Actors Eugene Levy and James Woods are among the celebrities forced to evacuate their Los Angeles mansions as a nearby wildfire grows to nearly 3,000 acres.

On Tuesday, Levy told the Los Angeles Times that he got trapped in traffic of other fleeing residents attempting to leave the Pacific Palisades neighborhood.

“The smoke looked pretty black and intense over Temescal Canyon,” the “American Pie” star, 78, said. “I couldn’t see any flames but the smoke was very dark.”

Woods, meanwhile, took to X to share he was fleeing his estate and shared a video of the blaze approaching his property.

“Leaving,” the “Hercules” star, 77, wrote in one tweet after another that read, “Hope everybody gets out safely.”

The actor later showed a closeup video of the fire directly on the outskirts of his backyard, and another of a nearby home on fire.

As of Tuesday at 6 p.m. local time, Woods shared that he didn’t know if his home was affected but couldn’t say the same for others in his area.

“To all the wonderful people who’ve reached out to us, thank you for being so concerned,” he wrote in a tweet.

“Just letting you know that we were able to evacuate successfully. I do not know at this moment if our home is still standing, but sadly houses on our little street are not.”

“Police Academy” star Steve Guttenberg, who also lives in the area, urged residents who abandoned their vehicles to leave their car keys so fire engines can get through.

“This is not a parking lot,” the actor, 66, told KTLA5. “We really need people to move their cars … There are people stuck up there. So we’re trying to clear Palisades Drive and I’m walking up there as far as I can moving cars.”

“There are families up there, there are pets up there. There are people who really need help.”

The fire broke out around 10:30 a.m. local time on Tuesday and has grown to 2,921 acres as of 6 p.m., according to Cal Fire.

Wind gusts in the area up to 60 mph are continuing to fuel the blaze and are expected until Thursday.

The cause of the fire is unknown.
