Craig Conover revealed that he froze his sperm to ensure he and Paige DeSorbo could have kids just a few months before they broke up.

Conover made the admission while chatting with co-stars Austen Kroll and Shep Rose on Thursday’s episode of “Southern Charm.”

“Me and Paige have decided to freeze my sperm,” Conover told his buddies while discussing his future with DeSorbo.

The episode then cut to Conover going to an infertility clinic, where a nurse led him into a collection room and handed him a sample cup.

Conover, 36, explained that he wanted to get his sperm frozen in case something were to happen to him, because he wants it to be a “certainty” that he’s a dad one day.

A few weeks before the “Pillow Talk” author went to the clinic, he discussed his decision with the “Summer House” star and told her that he was “thinking about freezing my sperm.”

“What the f–k,” DeSorbo, 32, said while laughing. “That’s the craziest thing in the world.”

Conover admitted in a confessional that he’s living a different “version of life” than the one he thought he had planned –– which resembled the way he grew up in a “stable home.”

“But, I think if you find the right person, and they happen to be a feisty Italian from New York, things aren’t always gonna go how you have them planned,” he added in the confessional.

Conover went on to tell Kroll and Rose that he and DeSorbo had also recently agreed to wait “three or four years” before they started having kids.

“Did you decide or did Paige decide that you want to wait three or four years or did you both decide?” Kroll asked Conover.

The Sewing Down South founder confessed that it was DeSorbo’s idea, but it also “made sense” to him, too.

“Without any influence from Paige, yes I’d be like, alright, you date for a little while, then you get married, and then you have kids, and we’re going to do that one day, but why don’t we just try and make as much money as possible now?” he asked his friends.

Kroll, 37, then told Conover that he hopes he’s “doing what he wants to be doing” in life.

“I want kids one day,” Conover replied. “Have I ever told you that I wanted kids right now or did that come from someone else? Because I’ve never said I want kids right now.”

Kroll appeared shocked by Conover’s response and claimed in a confessional that ever since he’s known Conover, he’s “wanted to get married [and] wanted to have kids.”

“I’m not entirely sold that Craig wants exactly what Paige wants,” Kroll admitted in the confessional.

Conover ended the conversation by telling his friends, “I mean look, plans change, and that’s OK.”

On Monday — just days before this week’s episode aired — DeSorbo stunned fans and announced that she and Conover had broken up after three years together.

“No one did anything. It wasn’t a bad thing,” she explained on her “Giggly Squad” podcast. “I think we both were just being really mature and saying what we want and what we didn’t want, and I think that’s extremely powerful to be able to voice how you’re feeling in real time and what you want for your future.”

DeSorbo added that Conover was the “best boyfriend” she’s ever had, but she believes they made the “right decision” for both of them.

“He was a great boyfriend, and he did everything correct, and he never made me feel insecure or anything like that, so it almost is harder when no one’s done anything to be mad about, and that’s hard,” she shared.

DeSorbo later shut down speculation that she “ruined” his hypothetical “proposal” to her and seemed to deny rumors that she allegedly cheated on him.

Meanwhile, Conover has yet to address the breakup and has mostly stayed off social media.

“Southern Charm” airs Thursdays at 8 p.m. ET on Bravo and is available to stream the next day on Peacock.
