A disgruntled Arby’s customer who had some beef over his meaty order was arrested on assault and child abuse charges after he choked a teenage employee handling the drive-thru, Utah police said.

Salvador Anthony Espericueta, 51, was sitting at the Arby’s drive-thru in South Jordan around 2:15 p.m. on Saturday when he became “upset with his order” and got out of his car to confront the fast-food employee, according to the South Jordan Police Department.

The alleged maniac asked the employee — described as a juvenile — if he was “man enough to have a conversation” before shoving him against the wall and door of the sandwich joint, according to court documents obtained by multiple outlets.

Espericueta then put his hand around the victim’s neck before getting back into his car and fleeing the scene.

Police arrested Espericueta at his home. He admitted to authorities that he made a mistake at the Arby’s drive-thru, located about 15 miles south of Salt Lake City, police said.

He was charged with aggravated assault, aggravated child abuse and disorderly conduct.
