In case you haven’t heard, Taylor Swift has a lot going on at the moment.
On the evening of December 8, Taylor Swift will take the stage in Vancouver, Canada, to perform her final Eras Tour concert ever. Obviously, that means Swift cannot cheer on Travis Kelce as the Kansas City Chiefs take on the Los Angeles Chargers at Arrowhead Stadium, despite attending every other home game this season. But don’t click away just yet.
Sure, you now know that Swift is not going to attend today’s matchup, but what about the next few games? Here’s what we know.
December 15: Chiefs vs. Browns (Away)
This is a tricky one. So far, Swift has not attended any of Kelce’s away games this season, regardless of her Eras Tour schedule. Despite having some time off in September, she reportedly missed the Chiefs’ face-off against the Atlanta Falcons to catch up with friends.
“Going to the game in Atlanta wasn’t possible because she had scheduled time with some friends, like Gigi Hadid, whom she spent time with on the weekend, and other friends that she hasn’t seen in a while,” an unnamed source told the US Sun at the time. “She wanted to hang out with them before returning to the tour soon. But she plans to return to the next game to support Travis.”
However, she didn’t end up attending that next game against the Los Angeles Chargers after all. And while it’s possible Swift will make up for missing today’s home game by attending the next away game, she may decide to take some time to recover from her record-breaking world tour, which began in March 2023.
It’s also worth pointing out that her 35th birthday falls on Friday, December 13. Whether or not she decides to attend next Sunday’s game, Kelce reportedly has “extra special” plans to celebrate the milestone with the pop star.
“Travis makes sure to always listen even when Taylor doesn’t realize he is.”
December 21: Chiefs vs. Texans (Home)
As far as we know Taylor Swift doesn’t have any scheduling conflicts that would keep her from attending this home game! “Taylor’s exhausted,” a source recently told Us Weekly. “She’s excited for some relaxation and downtime.” According to the source, “Taylor plans to stay in and hibernate [with Travis] for a while.”
Another source added, “They want to do ‘normal things’ as a couple. Taylor and Travis are eager to spend quality time together because [that’s when] the little nuances about someone’s personality and habits come into play. They will learn so much about each other.”
December 25: Chiefs vs. Steelers (Away)
This one could go either way. Though Swift attended last year’s Christmas game against the Raiders, she may choose to spend the Christmas holiday with her family instead of the Kelces. Still, she may appreciate an excuse to break out that ’87 Santa hat again.

This is low-key so sweet.
January 5: Chiefs vs. Broncos (Away)
Who knows what the new year will bring, but we can’t imagine Swift missing the chance to cheer on Kelce one last time before the playoffs. After all, Travis Kelce made a point to attend one last show in Indianapolis before his NFL schedule got in the way. “I wanted to see Tay one more time before this thing got closed up,” he said during an episode of New Heights.
“I’ll tell you what, man—the American crowds, they did not disappoint,” he continued, per Billboard. “I heard that it was a lot more rowdy this time around knowing that she was coming back to stop through America one last time before the show was over with, and I’ll tell you what, man, that thing was rocking. Absolutely rocking.”
If Swift makes the trip to Denver, hopefully the crowd at Mile High stadium can match that energy.
